General Information & Credit Card Purchases

Chericko, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands accepts financial transactions in the United States Dollar, Pound Sterling and Euro currencies. As the charge to your credit card or the payment method used may have a small difference from the amount that you purchased. This occurs as a result of the transaction not being processed in US Dollars resulting in an exchange difference. Your bank may also charge for a foreign transaction.

You may use a VISA or MasterCard to deposit money into your E-Cash account. This transaction will appear on your credit card statement in US Dollars or the currency requested, with the billing descriptor www.chericko.com. CCS Holland. All purchases are determined in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. For each accepted purchase transaction, you will receive an emailed transaction receipt (at the email registered with the entity involved) from the entity that you have purchased from (full list of entities supported is below). Please print and read the information provided and store the receipt in the case of any query.

  • Learn all you can about the entity. Read the website carefully. Understand all the details about payment options and terms and conditions. Avoid making assumptions about details that are not included.
  • Ask the entity questions. If you have any questions or are unsure about any aspect of the purchase, contact the entity via their website.
  • Make sure the purchase is legal and allowed. If you have any doubts as to whether the purchase is allowed, check the entities website policies on prohibited, questionable and infringing items.

Rights and Obligations of the purchaser

  • Ttransactions are not accepted from persons under the age of 21 years. Minors may not, under any circumstances purchase at the various merchants.
  • Chericko does not allow the use and registration of credit cards where the purchaser is not the credit card holder.
  • Purchases are open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. In particular, determination of the legality of purchase at the merchant is the individual's sole responsibility. Participation at the various merchants is at the sole option, discretion and risk of the purchaser. By making purchases, the purchaser warrants that he/she is legally able to do so within his/her jurisdiction and that he/she accepts that we are unable to provide any warranties as to the legality or otherwise of their participation at the merchant.
  • A purchaser may write to us or call us at any time requesting clarity on a transaction.

General TIPS for making a purchase:

  • Always enter accurate and consistent details for any registration.
  • Double-check that you have entered the correct credit card number, expiry date (month/year), and address (as per your credit card statement).
  • A required field is the CVV2 code. Many banks are now insisting on this being entered before authorizing a transaction. It is recommended that you always type in your 3-digit CVV2 code - this can be found at the back of your credit card, just below the magstripe.
  • Check that you have sufficient funds available in your credit card before attempting to make a purchase.
  • Check that you are within your purchase limits.
